Following are some of the most common questions we receive. If you cannot find the data you need, please contact us and we will reply as soon as possible.

How long does the Wipe And Restore service take?
It truly depends on the operating system and the amount of data. Please expect 24 - 72 hours.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes we do! Not only do we work on Macs, we service all Apple products including iPhones, iPads, and iPods.
Do you do other types of computer repair?
Yes, we handle all types of computer repair. Just bring in your problematic PC, laptop, or Apple product and let us take a look.
Can you back up my programs?
Unfortunately no. Currently there is no way to backup programs. We can only back up data files. You will need to reinstall any non Windows/Mac programs. If you bring your programs to the service center, we will be happy to install them at no additional charge.
Are there any catches to your low price?
No catches. We believe in honest, straight-forward pricing.
What if I do not have my Windows disc?
No problem. We use our own proprietary version of Windows Install. It includes all of the latest updates and security patches.
Which version of Windows will my computer have on it?
We can only install the version that came with your computer. We will be using your product key located on the sticker on the side of your computer. If you have purchased a license for a different version of Windows we can use that. We will need that product key to authenticate your license with Microsoft.
